Hot Stone Massage uses traditional massage techniques with the incorporation of smooth and heated rocks. By using the direct heat of the hot rocks it relaxes the muscles and calms the nervous system. The heat melts away tension, increases circulation and decreases stiffness. Our therapists use the hot rocks to transfer the warmth of the rocks to the muscle, allowing therapists to access deeper muscle layers. Hot Stone Massage is also recommended for people who have muscle tension but prefer a lighter massage.
